ORDERS
ON-LINE ORDERS—Simply use the shopping cart located in our main Tackle Page. Click the ‘Product Name’ button for information on each product, available lure color patterns, leader strengths, etc. Then click on the ‘Order With Credit Card’ button under each product to add the item to your cart. When you are finished shopping you’ll be automatically sent to Pay Pal where you can pay by credit card. It’s fast, easy and secure.
Indicate lure color patterns in the comments box in the final portion of the ordering & payment process. In case our staff has any questions about your order, please also include your telephone number and e-mail address in the comments box, so that we can better serve you. If for any reason, you are unable to enter all of the lure color patterns, contact or other information, in the comments box, just send us an e-mail with the information.
On-line ordering is only available to customers within the United States. Customers outside the U.S. may call or e-mail us to place an order.
OFF-LINE ORDERS—May be placed by mail, e-mail or telephone. Simply provide the models of lures, leaders & replacement parts that you want. Include the quantity, size, color, price, and any other necessary information for each item.
Provide your full name, and mailing address for shipping as well as a telephone number and e-mail address in case our staff has any questions about your order. Customers ordering offline may send a personal check, business check, or a money order made out to SIMMS OUTDOORS LLC.
SHIPPING—Retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Confirmed UPS Ground Shipping. Most orders inside the U.S. arrive within or less than 7-10 business days of receipt of payment.
TERMS—Simms Outdoors LLC is responsible for building & packaging products, packing orders, and shipping them out with a reputable carrier, in this case the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Simms Outdoors LLC is not responsible for orders once they are shipped from our location. Either the shipping carrier or the customer is responsible for the order once it has left the custody of Simms Outdoors LLC. Customers are offered the opportunity to purchase shipping insurance to cover any lost, stolen or damaged items that may be the fault of the shipping carrier, or another company or individual.
